Claim a Digital Credential alongside your qualification

Digital Credential – Update (July 2022)

Digital Credentials are available  

Dear Centre

We are pleased to confirm that we now have a digital credential available for following list of qualifications. As from the 1st July 2022, when you register your learners on a qualifications listed below and opt to provide their email address, on successful completion, your learner will be issued with a digital credential alongside their paper certificate and ID card.

We don’t want your learners, who have already successfully achieved any of the qualifications to miss out on receiving a digital credential.  Therefore, for those we have an email address for we will be getting in touch with them via the email address provided, to advise that we will be issuing them with a digital credential. We intend to send an initial email week commencing 11th July 2022, following which we will be issuing them with their digital credential week commencing 25th July 2022.  For any of your historical candidates, whereby an email address is not in the system, please provide this by 22nd July 2022, so that they can also benefit from receiving a digital credential. 

Digital credentials are data-rich representations of knowledge, skills and behaviours developed through learning programmes, that are fully verified by City & Guilds.  They provide portable and verifiable information about skills and achievements at the click of a button.
